At She n She, we want each of you to be 100% happy with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange the items ordered. We have a simple 15 days returns/exchange policy for your convenience.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The parcel when received by us undergoes quality checks. Once this process is completed, your refunds will be initiated or the replacement item will be courier to you.
